x How long will it take to receive my order?

At this point, the orders at Dreamful Shop are being shipped within 1-3 business days and there is 2 options you could choose from:
x Royal Mail 1st Class (arrives approx. within 1-2 business days)
x Royal Mail 2nd Class (arrives approx within 2-3 business days) 

x Where are your products shipped from?

As it is a small business, all our products are being shipped from our workplace in Northampton, United Kingdom.

x Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at the moment we ship only within The United Kingdom - however, we plan to extend our business in the future and ship at the international level.

x How can I pay for my order?

Dreamful Shop only accepts payments via VISA and MasterCard debit and credit cards.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our orders are being processed ASAP, therefore we don't accept any kind of change to the order. Fortunately, returns can be arranged - please check our Store Policies page for more information.

x My order arrived damaged - is there anything I can do?

I am really sorry to hear this! Please contact us ASAP to arrange a replacement order or a refund (please check Store Policies page first).

x I received the wrong item - what should I do?

We are really sorry for any inconvenience we might have caused, but we'll promise we will make it up to you! We have a policy for that, please refer to the Store Policies page for more information!

x My order is delayed - what happened?

We are trying to keep our promise of shipping within 1-3 business days and receive the order within maximum 2-3 business days - however, you must understand that sometimes Royal Mail can have delays in delivering the parcels.

Dreamful Shop is not responsible for any delays or lost packages from Royal Mail so for the best assistannce please contact your local Royal Mail depot - they will be able to assist you in locating your package.
