ORDERS & DELIVERY
If Dreamful Shop delivered you a wrong item by mistake, please e-mail us at [email protected] ASAP. Do not worry - your desired item will be with you! Please make sure your full name is included, proof of order as well as a picture of the item you received.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via VISA and MasterCard debit and credit cards at the checkout.
RETURNS
You can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order. Post office are not covered by Dreamful Shop! Please send an e-mail to [email protected] to arrange a return.
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please note: We are unable to accept any returns that are received outside of the period mentioned above or are in an unsellable condition (unless it is faulty). All orders returned outside of that period will be sent back to you.
TRANSPORTATION
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us ASAP to arrange a return or a replacement order.
Dreamful Shop is not responsible of any lost packages.
